Saddle Hunting backpacks!

+1 on the EXO K3. The way the side pockets are set up, makes for a convenient saddle pack for storing/accessing rope, etc...

I got the Tidewe pack in today and wow is it going to help me out tremendously! Very impressed with it. Lots of room, pockets, and straps. Holds all my gear exactly the way I wanted it to.
Which one? Tidewe produces several packs! Thx

Looks like a great set up. Just curious how is the quality of the tidewe ? Is it made well for 69 dollars. Im in the market for a new pack I was checking out the elevation packs kinda pricey a bit.
I have always used cheaper packs so I can't compare it to the high dollar ones, but it seems to be well made. This will be my first year using it hunting so we will see how the zippers hold up. That's my only concern but they do work better than the last Alps pack I had.

If you can afford it, I'd HIGHLY recommend an Exo K3 pack.
Agree. I just received an 1800CI bag for my Exo frame and it is prefect for saddle gear and sticks. Makes the unit super compact and feels like nothing on your back.

If I want to carry an entire camp with me, the larger bags can be strapped to the frame in no time.

Good USA built gear is expensive. I doubt that I will wear this system out in my lifetime.

Anyone know how this pack holds up to 3 or 4 seasons? Zippers especially

Well I don’t think I will be buying another TideWe pack. This is my third season using it and every single zipper, except the main one, has quit zipping. Last season there were only two zippers on the smaller pouches that messed up, but now 5 of the 6 outer zippers won’t work. I have bought cheaper packs from Walmart that lasted way longer than 3 seasons with the zippers still being functional. I loved this pack when it was functioning properly but will not buy it again.
