I gave up on them and cancelled my order. Mainly because of the extremely slow and tedious communication I’ve had to deal with. I shouldn’t have to send several emails and texts for several days before I get a reply. I was never able to get any indication from them how much longer my order will take either. With so many other manufacturers out there right now that have equal quality products, much faster turnaround times, and answer emails in a timely manner, I see no reason to put up with such poor customer service and long wait time.

Also the shipping delays have been well documented since July. So when a person orders in July on this forum that just got their order in September and a person orders end of September at the opening of deer season, it doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to tell you it’s gonna be a while. When you order something thats in huge demand a month before the season or during the season your gonna wait.
Especially when its only one or two people running things.
