Got a link, I don't have a Costco near me and a search of their site yielded nothing for me. Also, do you have experience with them, or just saw they sell some?Costco has some that are Bluetooth controlled and you can't beat their return policy if they end up being junk!
About that code…..Well after a lot of searching and a couple phone call I ended up buying the Volt Hear socks. They are not the most expensive I found but there are a lot of cheaper options. I decided on these for a few reasons. One, a remote or phone control was a must. I didn't want to have to get half undressed to turn them on once I cool off from walking and climbing. Turning them on while/before getting dressed just seems dumb. Two, Volt has been around a while and when I called I talked to an English speaking American that knew the product. Which leads to reasons three and four. Volt's elements are stainless steel vs most others being carbon, the stainless steel will be more durable long term. Warranty, most others were 90 days or less. Volt is 1 year, after the first year it cost $30 for repair/replacement per instance for life. I also searched and found a 20% off coupon and shipping was free since they were over $50. I ordered directly from their website as suggested by the guy I talked to so help if warranty is ever needed. I honestly wanted to avoid heated socks just to not have to deal with batteries. Problem is nothing else has proved to be easier/less of a pain. I hate packing in boot covers/blankets plus the cost of chemical warmers. My hope is that I can wear just any boots now and keep my feet comfortable. I will report back once I have some time with them.
