Hey all,

Exhumis and I were chatting about this idea: who all from VA would be interested in getting a group chat together? I know that life is busy for all of us, so instead of trying to plan one giant meet-up around a single date, I thought maybe we could at least stay in touch as a group and those who want/have time to get together can do so in a way that lets others know, too. That way, meetings happen based on individual convenience rather than group consensus.

If anyone has any other ideas, I'm all ears. I'd just appreciate the opportunity to get to know some fellow VA hunters.

I'm a noob & have been acquiring the necessary gear but have yet to climb anything. Would love to meet with someone fairly local to go over the basics and finally get my big behind up a tree. I'm in F-Burg
 
I'd be in on the group chat thing. I hunt by myself 95% of the time, so it would be cool to hear from guys in my general location especially, to see how things are going.

Chat would be cool. Man I’d love to do another get together as I figure there’s quite a few newer folks around these parts but my weekends are consumed by children's sports. We’d have to plan it fairly far out.
 
I would love to do a meet up, but I would have to wrap up some killing into the meeting. The only real passes I get is if I am bringing meat home for the freezer.
 
I am interested in an ongoing chat-new to VA and am in the Williamsburg area. Hunted all my life but just started in a saddle last season. I’ve been a lurker here on SH for the past couple years.
