10 is good here. I'll bring a hangn30 ros too

I should be able to make it unless my boat is going to be delivered that day. Hopefully I will have shot a turkey by then!

Might bring my son and some of his friends along too.

Weather is looking to be good. Looks like I will be camping a few nights.
I will try to double check that what I called out is a good spot back their. If something changes I'll do my best to notify everyone.

Looks like the morning will be good in the AM. Might be a little wet in the morning from the rain. But I think we will power through.

The horse stagging area. Gotta go in the east entrance. Past the campground. Just checked it out. Pit toilet if needed. Some walnuts and lots of tree options I think. Some picnic tables and little covered shelter. No one was back their this evening. Saw some deer bouncing around. Must be a sign.

@MattMan81. This it? Red circled area near the top of the pic?

Thanks for putting that together! Nice to meet everyone and see different stuff.

Here's a link to the JRB Ascender I had tied on the pink rope. The rope was 11.4 phantom and the hitch was tied in 7mm samson accessory cord. I'm sorry I didn't remember all the new names but I know at least the gentleman from Holly was interested.

Finally home with good internet.
Glade we made this happen. Good to meet everyone. Hope everyone had a good time.
I don't feel the urge to buy anything after this one! Just gonna keep tweaking what I got. Gonna keep looking at that JRB stuff. Thanks @Horn
Thanks for everyone who came to hang out. Always a good time "hanging" out with saddle hunters.

Thanks MattMan81 for organizing the get together, and thanks to all who showed up to make it worthwhile. Thank you Horn for the link to the JRB hitch tying video and letting me test it out on a tree. It doesn't seem to work as well with some of my ropes, but I did find some stuff that worked. I will definitely be doing some one sticking practice with that set up.

Thank you Matt it worked out great.
I've been considering buying some rope to try DRT climbing method and a gentleman had the exact rope that I was considering. He let me try out his system with the hip thrusting method. It was easier than I expected it to be using the Blake's hitch! Really enjoyed the get together! Thanks again.

Had a great time, I've already made updates to my saddle setup as a result of what I learned this past weekend.
Thanks to y'all!
aka Stan...I'm the one not in the pics.
