    Check out elevation custom saddles. I bought three, for myself and twin boys. We have been very satisfied, this was out first year. He makes a custom saddle to your measurements that makes makes sense anatomically. look on facebook

    You got lucky, thankfully. Only 1% of the 10% of infections that are symptomatic become neuroinvasive like mine was. It is much more common than it gets credit for. Glad your OK.
