    Tethrd Skeletor Sticks

I ordered a set, but I don't plan on using them until I see lots of guys test them out with no issue. The chemical bonds failing on their top of line sticks has me worried about their "budget" version. Love the features in theory though.

Hell yea, love a fresh snow for hunting. We've been unlucky here in Wi and have got no snow at all. Id drive a couple hours to chase fresh powder but even that hasn't been possible this year.

I've been avoiding the orange army here. Ill be out tomorrow and a lot next week with the muzzleloader. I plan to sit in the saddle morning and evening. Then its back to late archery which I'm really looking forward too.

Sounds like a pain, I'm glad the only neighborhood animals we have in Milwaukee that I've seen are some long beards. I'd hate to have to walk by a stud buck after hunting 14 hours and only seeing a spike.

You ever watch urban bow hunting? Sounds like someone in your area should do it.

I have seen 4 bucks in bow range in the last 5 sits but all have been fairly small. One was a decent 8 but decided to let him walk. I know there's monsters in these swamps / cattail marshes just need them to make a mistake. I may lower my standards soon though with a lot of family commitments...

It's almost time for the magical prerut time of the season. I plan on spending a lot of time in the woods soon.

Trophy Line vs ARC'TERYX knee pads

I like pants that have insert foam intended for glassing more than anything

Is this a cherry tree? Deer should love this. (It is not a persimmon)

Looks like a crab apple to me

All I saw tonight was a really jumpy button buck. Came out of where I expected a big one to come from deep in the swamp. It was windy and every time a dead ash branch would break off the deer would drop and do a 360 and wouldn't move for a few minutes. Poor guy isn't going to like Wi gun season...

I've hunted the northwest corner, and I have some close friends who do a camp in the speculator area.

Adirondacks are hit or miss with tracking. Without perfect snow or wet quiet ground you'll probably be sitting more than you think so you may want it in the truck just incase.

Upstate NY is really overlooked. I had some great success up that way when I was stationed at Fort Drum.
