    Anyone on the wool train?

Can someone suggest a good outer layer merino wool top with long sleeves? I'm looking for something I can wear as my only top during portages in the summer. I'm find a lot of base layers, but no a whole lot to choose from when it comes to outer layers. Something along the lines of the kuiu...

    Random color blind question

Hey guys sorry for the late reply. Glasses came in a few weeks ago and I wanted to give it some time before I wrote out this review so that I had a good understanding of how these work for me. So the glasses are the Ellis model for red/green colour blind correction. I had it all planned...

    Random color blind question

I love how this turned into a colour blind support group lol. Feels nice to know I'm not the only one that knows that sinking feeling when a buddy says "it's right there, can't you see it?"

    Random color blind question

I'm red/green colour (that's right spelt with a U). If you still have them I wouldn't mind giving them a try.

    Does anyone hammock camp?

I use a Clark Vertex 2 person hammock when I go portaging with my girlfriend. It's almost as heavy as it is expensive, but I'm very happy with it. It's really helps sharing a roof with the misses. No matter how many portages we plan to do we always bring a small gear tent as well. It's super...

    What's your dumbest injury?

So I googling Neglin and that looks like an amazing drinking game lol. Was it your hammer hand that got nail stuck in it?

    What's your dumbest injury?

That was an intense read. No matter how much I shoot my last thought before release is always "I hope this arrow doesn't lodge in my arm"

    What's your dumbest injury?

Funny enough I was working on my front kick when I had my fall. 15 plus years of judo is actually what did the most damage for me, my breakfall was a little too good this time.

    What's your dumbest injury?

Earlier this week I manged to find my self in an emergency room with a smashed up pinky. Long story short I was working out when I fell off a bosu ball holding some small kettle bells. I ended up crushing the tip of my pinky under the kettle bell. As a result the pinky nail came completely...

    Anyone not using a peep?

I think this is exactly why I like no peep. Before when I had one on I felt like I was trying to conform, where as now I just do what feels natural.

    Anyone not using a peep?

Just the v. I was guessing at distances when I had it flipped to the tick side and not concentrating on the v. I shot a lot in the off season with just a standard block target. The circle on my target was roughly the right diameter to match the vitals. Taking the peep off helped with the ezv...

    Anyone not using a peep?

This may sound counterintuitive but for me my shooting got better with the ezv when I turned the inserts around so I couldn't see the tic marks. I found I was trying to geuss my yardage and place the lines instead of using the sight as designed.

This has made one sticking 25% faster and easier for me. Has anyone else tried it?

I can definitely see the advantage to this. When sitting in the saddle it really limits how high you can put your step/platform. Great video, I will definitely be trying this. I wonder what it would be like incorporating another aider instead of just the foot loop?
