    Ar build

Quick derailment here…what piece of hardware are you using for the adjuster? Looks like a heavy tri-glide? I’ve cobbled together a couple of these type slings but have never been happy with the adjuster hardware…mine seem too easy to break, though I haven’t actually broken one…yet.. thanks in...

    DOG CONTROL

Wow, this is an interesting post. Are we talking a neighborhood or acreage? What kind of dogs? I assume from your post the dogs are believed to be killing the deer? What were you doing with the deer on your property? Hunting them? Feeding and watching them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Storing trailcam pics?

I’ve been struggling with this for a while now. OnX, I think, is advertising that they have it built into the latest version of their app. You’d think there would be a simple app out there to quickly process, tag, save, delete and show pins on a map… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Heavy Merino Base or Merino Sweater - advantages?

The tighter fit and tuckable length of a base layer win for me. I hate feeling like your arms are crammed or fighting folds inside coat sleeves due to too much bulk. I find tucking in a shirt, even a lighter one, seems to keep me warmer than wind creeping up an untucked shirt. Sent from my...

    Hog hunting Help

Wow, I thought our WMA’s were bad in GA, but at least they allow the month of March to gun hunt hogs. Plus we have from middle of Oct to middle of Jan during deer gun season, and using whatever other tackle is legal for whatever other seasons. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

thin material that dampens sound the best?

I used to be in procurement for an automotive OEM. Shoddy pads are the materials used to deaden sound. Can be purchased in a multitude of different thicknesses and such. Not sure the weight but they are made dense. Would make for great dividers if not the entire pouch. Probably best sound...

    Playing with amsteel

Looks good too! Where did you find the little 1/4” buckles? I’d like put them on the shoulder strap that came with my binos for times I don’t want to break out the harness (and be made fun of by my wife………) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
