    oooh sorry. I don't use a brim. generally my supports break off very easily, occasionally I have to use a tool to access them. Perhaps try a different shape or density of support?

    Best solution I've used to remove prints from the bed is take the bed off and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Everything pops off easy at that point. I use a glass bed for what it's worth

    I don't have any knee specific tips other than I ice mine when I start feeling a pinch. usually 2-3 days of icing and it goes away. stretching - I like the myrtle routine leg strength - I like lunges and squats

    Agree with this. I didn't do anything from maybe 17 - 40. Started walking in 2019, then started running during the lockdowns. Now I'm down 70+lbs and in the best shape of my life.

    It depends on what type of exercise you are doing. If I'm just running miles I do the stretching and then just run. However if I'm doing a speed workout, hill repeats or something else I do dynamic stretching AND a warm up run before starting the work out.

    yeah I get it. I have a treadmill at home too that I use if it is really nasty out. There is a world of difference in results between treadmill and actual running. At one point I thought I was better than I was because the treadmill was tricking me.
