    I'm not even sure how much I have into the full set up I know it wasnt that cheap but Im guessing you have all the components for the teather and linesmans belt seeing your list of saddles?! Do you have the first Gen with the ropes or the second with the straps?

I am also using modded heliums as my way up the tree they are 18in long with a 20in amsteel loop hooked to the bottom step with versa buttons and amsteel daisy chains!     I have been hunting ouy of a Gen 1 since 2002 and have no idea how you can fall out if used properly! I dont even use the rope from the waist belt once set up i only use as a linesmans belt due to how much noise it makes twisting on tree! I also just fully modded my second one that i had laying...

    I used 1/8 cause it was on sale the day i ordered and its still soooo small dia. And super light and just a little stronger than the 7/64! You can use whatever size you want so you feel safe!
