I need help with a Turkey Vest mod

This is a seat from MTM that I have used for many years. Weighs next to nothing has different length legs to accommodate terrain features, and slings across the back easily. It deploys easily and makes those long sits very comfortable with a cushion added on top. i always have a tree as my back...

Using this for a quick link

Sorry no video, not that computer savvy. Make a knotted loop (approx. 6" - 8") on the end of your line , follow the path of the rope, insert carabiner. Because of the friction it imparts on the standing line, it keeps the tether where you place it on the tree once it is snugged up. Retrieving...

Using this for a quick link

Or you could do this, it keeps the tether in place, does not load the carabiner inappropriately, and can be pulled down when done.

    tether question

Yes it will. The trick is to walk away from the tree when pulling, do not pull straight down. This applies to any attachment method.

    Is this good enough?

I use the term "whitetail accurate" meaning if you can consistently keep your arrows in a 6" circle, in the "kill zone", no matter the distance, you will kill the deer.

    tether question

This is an option for your tether or rappel line on the tree.
