    What did you do today?

Partitions are basically impossible to find right now. I have a few .30 cal boxes left, but nothing in .243 otherwise that’s what I would have put together for her…big Partition fan. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it

    What did you do today?

Worked up some loads for my momma’s Remington 700 chambered in .243… .460” inch group at 100 yards ought to kill a deer

    Arrow rest issues (QAD)

That’s a rest timing issue—not a torque issue. Or just a faulty rest. I’d either re-time the rest on a drawboard and reset it or replace it.

    Side bar

You’re running a 10-inch bar out front? Run a 6 or 8 inch side bar and about 3 oz. most people prefer a 3-1 ratio on oz of side bar weight to front bar weight. Rough guess, good place to start.

    Anyone shooting Iron will wide

AAE Max Stealth in a 4-vane configuration. Plenty of stability.

    Quiver on or quiver off?

On for the walk in, off once I’m in the tree...practice both, but mainly quiver off...if you hunt with quiver on, your weight and balance can always fluctuate based on number of arrows in your quiver...if quiver is off, it’s a non factor.

Any idea what this might be?

I know! When I first saw him he was at 30, open-mouth panting just asking to have one slipped through his ribs...I knew it was him and saw a perfectly fine rack...and to be honest, was a little bummed to not see some crazy palmation...made my decision easier because I had planned to make a...

Any idea what this might be?

Saw this deer multiple times up close this year from the stand/saddle...I suppose once he shed velvet those leaves went with it because he looked perfectly normal all season...and a REEEEAAAAAALLY tough one to pass in my neck of the woods...hopefully he’s back again next year :)

Any idea what this might be?

Finally got around to going through the card on that camera...definitely is a couple old red oak leaves that were stuck around his brow tines.

    Universal Pack Platform Carrier

These straps are not webbing as you probably intended to use; however, my thought is you could use a few of these guys to give it some versatility...maybe use your webbing as you intended and just make connection points for these in the event you want to pack something large out. Or upgrade to a...

    Anyone shooting Iron will wide

I used them this season. 64# @ 28 DL, 550 TAW, complete pass through scapula this year. Sharpened and ready for reuse this year. Pricey but high quality.

    Changing release

I switched a couple years ago from a wrist rocket to a Carter Wise Choice 3-finger...it made a huge difference for me...I went through Dudley’s school of nock on my own at home and did it with the Carter Wise Choice. I finally learned how to use back tension properly and have a surprise release...

    Battle Belt Mod to Mantis

Nice observation...I honestly had no idea the slit was there. I’ve since moved the pouch to my backpack; however, it is still upside down...never been accused of being very smart :)
