    Anyone here actually climbing with strap on steps?

    No 5' 10" 54 years young. That's just how I space them as I climb. With my foot on the step in the bent position I set the next one just above my knee. Which is right at 25 inches I have no problem climbing at all.

    From the top of my knee to the bottom of my foot is 25 inches 8 steps then my ring of steps gets me to around 17 to 18 feet.

    I used 8 squirrel steps from Dano all last season to me there's not a better compact system out there.
