    I carry 40’ because in some trees I have a paracord loop preset and often they go over a limb higher than I hunt. I need the extra length to pull the climbing rope over and back down through a tied loop. Hope that makes sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    A medium dump pouch from TX5 is plenty for 40’ of Canyon Elite. I still like it on my saddle rather than taking off my backpack to grab what I need. I don’t always take a backpack into the woods either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ropeman Safety

    Ropeman 1 only. Do not use a Ropeman 2. It’ll destroy your rope. Use a Catalyst hitch instead of a swabisch hitch. Much easier to break loose. Very solid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
