Fishing Thread

Caught my PB smallie last weekend on Erie. Went 5.5lb. 21in long. Right after I released it I caught another that was just a little smaller! (On the right)

Went Trout fishing Saturday and Sunday, just got where I could post pictures. Cought all on either rainbow powerbait or black and yellow panther martin #4 spinner.

Sunday was the maiden voyage for my fishing Kayak, and it went great aside from losing my rod and net going down some unexpected rapids...

Another PB tonight (in home state of Vermont).
5.65 lb caught in a foot of lily pad choked water. That was fun!

I've caught a couple bigger ones in the 6-7 lb range while vacationing in Florida, but that doesn't count!

That thing is huge! Put up a good fight?
Oh yeah! I knew right away I had a beast on the line. Three best words in fishing..."Get the net!"
She went tearing all through the lily pads like a bulldozer! Kinda surprised I got her out with 17 lb flouro. Not a big jumper, but several runs under the boat once out of the pads.

People on here absolutely slayin! Bonus points for anyone committed enough to catch fish from the saddle #saddlefishing
