    I had two cams sent in due to problems getting them to connect with their app. One of them was caused by me when i tried registeringit with the qr code,. Got them both back but only one is working. I suspected that would happen because only one of them connected when they had it.

    I've been having bad luck with the new exodus app and firmware on my cams. One of my renders updated (but has the multi-year battery issues) but two others and a lift are giving me fits. I've been trouble shooting the one working cam at home and stumbled on some possible causes of my battery...

    I'm tired of my cams going dead when turned off (yea, you read that right). The exodus team attributes that to known reliability issues with energizer lithium batteries that past few years. Elb sells some but I'm not sure how they'd perform in cell cams...

    Just got thr cams back. Didn't skip status reports and the power usage was norm. Chad said energizer lithium batteries have had a lot of duds the last few years, which will cause the good batteries to drain. Putting them back in the field soon and will see what happens.

    I fixed that initial problem by formating the SD card in the cam (not sending the format request via scoutek). Used an exodus sd card too. The renders still regularly skip staus updates, sometimes for days at a time. My rival stops connecting when the temps are below 20 degrees but I haven't...

    Noticed it on my last hunt of the season. It's the tree tether carabiner and on the inside part. I think scratch, but can't imagine how it could have happed. I'm replacing it regardless, but wanted to let the vendor know if it's actually cracked.

    Happen to our old hunting neighbor's close relative a number of years back. Didn't go fully blind but lost some vision in one eye.

    I have mine with the tick marks but don't even notice them when shooting deer. Pulled back the bow, lined up the V and let it rip without thinking of the ticks with no ranging. Killed one at 15 and one at 7 yards (ranged after the fact)
