Skeletor Sticks - not a fan of the pins?

Thanks for the reply. Yes. I have ran them for 2 seasons. I love them. Last year I ran them vertical on my old pack and now horizontal on the bottom. It is not a matter of “can I” or “practice”, rather I want a better and faster way to pack up. There are several scenarios, where getting out...

New Predator V - Any thoughts or experience?

Again I have no experience with this or any predator. I have the EDP and it bites like an angry dog! But it’s bulky.

Skeletor Sticks - not a fan of the pins?

So I love the sticks. Yes they could be lighter, but price to performance and 4 instead of a 3 pack is just awesome. My only issue. The pins. The system is rock solid when they are connected. My issue comes in at night. Breaking down in the dark and trying to align them is not quick. I know...

New Predator V - Any thoughts or experience?

Man this is a great post!! Thanks for jumping in. I have seen reviews saying that the V struggles with side pressure and does not bit like the OG predator. I have also seen that the Grit bites very well? Any thoughts? Thanks again!

New Predator V - Any thoughts or experience?

I am looking to get into a new platform. I have the EDP and am looking for something that may pack a little better. It is honestly fine, but I put my friends predator on my pack and it was perfect! I saw the new V series and am wondering if anyone is running it? Thoughts? Comparison to the...

Tethrd or Latitude J Hook Bow hangers - Will they work with a Mathews Quiver

It is. But the way the Mathews is set up, and the Sight running through the riser, you are running it directly off the riser. The quiver runs very close to the bow and the concern is that the "hook" will interfere with the quiver bar, or arrows in the quiver.

Tethrd or Latitude J Hook Bow hangers - Will they work with a Mathews Quiver

Okay, new problem unlocked. Last year my bow had a side mounted sight, and my clip was further out, so to not have the sight resting against the tree. With the bridgelock sight mount the clip would run next to the bow, and may impede getting the hook in the HYS strap? If you can speaak to this...

Tethrd or Latitude J Hook Bow hangers - Will they work with a Mathews Quiver

I ran the Kydex version of this on my bow last year and loved it. The issue I am wondering is whether or not this style will work on a bow with a bridgelock sight and Mathews quiver? I have ordered the Latitude bow hanger and it is very nice, maybe over kill, but nice. The only thing I am...

Twisted Iron Pack Rat - Might be the answer for my pack needs.

My system comes in today, and I will report back. I ordered both, but am still not sure I will take keep the bag portion. I also ordered the new Bite bow hanger from Latitude to possibly run on the strap? Great hanger, but I am coming from a Hook on my bow and the HYS strap and am concerned I...

Twisted Iron Pack Rat - Might be the answer for my pack needs.

My only concern for how it carries is its length from top to bottom not being able to balance properly on your back? On one video, they had it on a big guy and it seemed almost to small? But I’m 5’ 9” and hoping that on my size it will carry well.

What are web talons and how are they using them?

Twisted Iron Pack Rat - Might be the answer for my pack needs.

The big question it answers for me is my issue with taking my platform up the tree. I use an okay backpack setup that carries well, but do not like how I have to get the platform out. I could keep the platform in the pack all the way up the tree and never have to deal with a zipper. My system...

Twisted Iron Pack Rat - Might be the answer for my pack needs.

If you look at the owners set up, he uses tethrd skeletor sticks and has them facing a different direction and they never touch his back.

Twisted Iron Pack Rat - Might be the answer for my pack needs.

I am honestly so intrigued by this set up. Friend saw it ATA in St Louis and I have been intrigued ever since! I am looking at ordering the whole kit, which seems to pack perfectly. Anyone here have one yet and if so what is your take? Thanks Kris

    Bow Hanger Suggestions

I have made the Kydex bow clip to use with my HYS strap. It has worked perfectly! If I can make it, anyone can make it!

    Preventing tether slide

I just purchased these, and added three to the loop, and they work perfectly! Great tip, easy and cheap. Kris

    Preventing tether slide

So I tried the Girth Hitch, and had mixed results. I think for the tethers that are not sewn and have the rubber sheathing over the sewn area, the girth hitch works great. My Tether has the sewn loop, with the sheathing and is more of a pain to get this to take. I like the idea of a band, or...
