    I do a continuous loop swabisch. There are videos on how to tie them, better than prusik in my opinion.

    I want to say 8" but im not 100 percent sure. I re-used them from my trophyline hyperlite sticks, took them off to use the figure 8 method. Ill check later! they do seem a bit longer than needed, I did 5 coils for each schwabish and still had plenty or loop left.
