    Chest, shoulders, triceps and core this afternoon. 15 seconds between sets and 30 seconds between switching to the next exercise. Not a lot of weight but man does it go fast.

    4:30am Run: 3.61 miles, 36:52, 10:13/mi, 138bpm Lunchtime Workout- Chest, shoulders and triceps. All sets have 15-20 seconds between and 30 seconds between different exercises. Finally back to resistance training!!!
