    I added a waist belt by removing the extension and threading the straps through the edge slots. I then reinstalled the extension over the straps. Worked good for me

    Just seem to get a lot of hip pinch while hanging free. Then again, it's just a short hang so maybe that's just a part of getting into "saddle shape."
