    Anyone fasten the cam to the stick or platform?

    So the number one place I seem to make noise on a stick or platform is the cam clanking on the metal. Anyone welded or some other way fastened the cam on the post? That way you can't bang it? I know there is metal free attachment methods. Just curious if anyone tried it.
