    Tree Stand Harness

Back in my childhood I remember riding in cars with no seat belts, no bike helmets and hunting from trees was not popular. Risk assessment, fall force calculations and inexperienced ( or unknowingly) use of sketchy techniques and materials is a by product of innovation. Hopefully we all learn...

I am having a hard time visualizing how...

    Why has this happened?

I have shot cock feather toward riser forever and while feathers get some wear it doesn't affect flight. If the arrow is spined correctly it should flex away from the riser for it first oscillation as stickbows flex in the horizontal plane and compounds flex in the vertical plane. If you are...

    What's everyone reading?

The Filthy Thirteen about the escapades across Europe by Jake McNiece and his ragtag group of paratroopers 101sr Airborne (Pathfinder). It was the basis for the movie The Dirty Dozen. He had no use for military traditions but dealt death to the Nazi boys for sure.

Saddle Flaooza 24’ aka Florida saddle hunter meet up

My wife and I dislike the madness of Atlanta also so much that when traveling from Michigan we go through Alabama and it is a very nice route. I just checked weather for Saturday and so far precipitation looks like after 5:00 pm but I'll be praying the odds for a dry gathering increase.

My wife had given me my initial band when we first got married and also had a custom band made later both had an oblong shape when I took them off. I am a woodworker and tinkerer and having a digit removing device on my finger doesn't...

    Dual Tether Ropes

One factor that seems to be overlooked is arborist and rch's are meant to be suspended from ( especially arborist) during ascent/ descent while hunting saddles are more for hanging once at height. Also while hunting saddles are constructed out of some similar materials as work saddles they are...
