Amsteel 1/4" prusik on 8mm sterling oplux?

Im using 1/4 amsteel swabish hitch on oplux for my bridge. It slides if not careful, not happy with it.

    Mission cleat

I think it will be fine. Papabear seems to be doing the same mods with success

Anybody install a cam cleat on their platform? Update-Installed.

I find i have to use a short bridge when climbing with the mission. Its big enough and I move it up enough that I need to set it to one side more than say a stick.

Anybody install a cam cleat on their platform? Update-Installed.

Interesting shim idea. Not sure i would have chose rubber, as flex kills bolts. I might move mine down as it does get close to the batwing.

Why use a stick when you one stick?

I use the platform with a 3 step aider. Just added a cleat, but haven't really tested it.

    Mission cleat

I think another option is eye bolt installed through the side inline with center of cleat.

    Singer machine

I've been using a singer 20u33 and it works great. For most things saddle, I think zigzag isn't needed. Only thing mine is limiting on is foot height, which only comes into play when trying to jump over previously sewed material. A higher lift would reduce snags.

    The Wraptor

Ok ive got rings and figured out how long of webbing for 1 continuous belt. I can't seem to feed the strap without 1 end being inside the other wraps and the other being outside. Is this correct? Also if I purposely pull slack in one and then try to pull the rings apart,, the friction of webbing...

    Mission cleat

Guess I'm not real sure about strength reduction. Camming a platform puts a much higher load than setting a stick.

    Mission cleat

Not sure I'm happy with rope angles, but this route does fix the twisting issue.

    Older guys

Private land, screw in steps are nice. I set a tree a few yrs ago. It was nice this yr to walk out and climb it quick, quiet, and easily. Ive got some of the really cheap ladder sticks, they feel dangerous in terms of boot slip. They aren't very far off the tree is the problem. I also like to...

    Mission cleat

32f here, went out for a few minutes to test it. I didn't leave it for hours. Initial thoughts, I think I need a different method of rope hook up. I tried it on 2 trees and both times im getting a twisting force. I can manually override it some, but standing on the post and toe lifting the...

    Mission cleat

I'm a little concerned to test this in freezing temps. These are plastic and made for boats, warm Temps. I'd hate to fail it due to wrong type of material for late season, yet it might be fine for early season.

    Mission for the win
