Single pin sight remains set to 25 yards under 30

Used a single pin hha optimizer for years and typically never took it off of 25 yrd. Moved to a 3 pin slider fast eddy. I love it cause I have 20,30,40 without moving and anything further my bottom pin is used on slider yardage.

How do you get your deer out. What kind of terrain?

I've never used a sled but I've used my share of carts and bought the hawk crawler last year. Best decision ever. The cart is so easy to pull and goes over pretty much anything with easy. Just need to add an electric motor for hills and I'm set!

    Bino Upgrade?

Vortex Razor in 10x42. I have the 10x50s as well and they are good for longer range but the 10s are perfect for bow hunting/rifle combo.

Where would you pay the most attention to?

I like to pay attention to where two ridges "point" at each other. This is a natural funnel for wildlife.

    Need a Grill - Can I Smoke?

Also some people say it's a PIA to clean a pellet grill but I clean mine about every hopper refill and if you have a shop vac and a 3" paint scraper you will be done in 15 min.

    Need a Grill - Can I Smoke?

I have a pit boss pellet grill. I grill and smoke all in one grill. They have a sliding grate that allows for quick grilling of burgers and steaks or you can close it and smoke a brisket low and slow for 12 hours.

    Using a black backpack?

Assuming you are talking about deer hunting, camo is just marketing. Scent and movement will get you busted way before a camo pattern (or lack of) will. Hunt with what you have.

    Badlands Apparel? Good or Bad?

I have been holding on to a 20% off coupon that I don't need. If anyone wants it let me know.

    To the vertically challenged.

This is your fix, I’ve noticed the times I’m climbing a sketchy tree and and hug the tree a little too tight my LB get in the way of my next step. Practice with your setup in the off-season so much that it’s second nature during the season. We only perform as good as our worst practice...

Welcome from Ga too. Stay active in the forum, lots of smart fellas in here. I don’t have much advise since I’m dumb as a stick. Hunt hard as much as you can.

    Coffee travel mugs?

This, no debating it. Completely spill proof and I got the colored one so there is no shine. It also holds sweet tea like a dagum champ.

Alaska guide creations and using a bino harness in the saddle

I have an AGC. it's a really nice rig. I wear it all the time, especially during scout and spot and stalk and turkey season. I have my bino, RF, milkweed, phone, and compass all at my ready. it can be a little cumbersome climbing up the tree and while in the saddle. if I am hunting out of my...

Off topic planting/selecting a family tree need advice

If you are looking for an alternate I like a white dogwood or a sugar maple. If you are dead set on a tulip poplar and can’t find one you are more than welcome to a cutting from my tulip poplar in the back yard. It’s about to bloom here in Ga.

    Hunting Lease Dues Question

I’ve actually been questioning it for a couple of years but have hung on because we built a cabin a few years back. One more year and then it’s time to cut ties.
