    Ive been playing with the idea of attaching a certain length of 550 from my stick to my tether. This way i know how far i can raise my tether without getting out of reach of my stick once i move up.

    I just tried this in the back yard and it worked pretty well. Its alot easier than a standard prusik knot. Its two handed adjustment but wasnt hard to adjust at all.
