Your luck must have worked. Just gotta get the pic in the official thread but here it is, first deer from a saddle.

Great job! It’ll be my first season saddle hunting too so I’m hoping for a chance like that!

These are the two main bucks that I am after this year. They are last season's pics but I know they both made it until at least march because I was seeing them on cam during turkey season.

Man that is awesome, thanks for sharing! That gets me excited to get into the woods.

Congrats!
First points on the board.
In the process of moving. Hope to have time to hunt when season opens at the end of the month. Maybe the temps will cool down by then.

I feel jealous that you all get 75 degree weather. In southern oklahoma it's forecasted to be 84 as a low and 94 as a high. I'll count it as a win if I see 70 degree weather in October.

I just want some rain. I planted about 1.5 acres of food plots on Labor Day weekend in already dry conditions expecting some rain from the hurricane. It has rained exactly zero drops since then. Plus its supposed to be 90 again here today. Sorta glad we are still over a week away from deer season!

We haven't even thought about planting a food plot yet. It's so dry here that the oaks are all turning brown and dropping leaves already. It's awful

AR opens Saturday, September 28th and will be out waiting on first light.

The month of October is booked with instate and out of state trips. Looking forward to putting a lot of Hang Time in the saddle. Good Luck to everyone.
