At this point, none of the people that filled out the registration listed a TX5. I have quite a few people coming from various Facebook groups and none of those people filled out the registration form so still possible someone will have one.

I’ll also try to reach out to TX5 to see if they will send a demo saddle for us to try out.

which TX5 model were you looking to try out? Rayder, Reaper or Lonestar?

Any confirmation if Dan from EWO will be there this year?
More than likely not. He has a trip out west planned for the same timeframe. There was also talk of a Michigan meetup that day and he said if his western trip fell through that he would likely attend that meetup instead. With that said, I think I saw a message that the Michigan meetup might be canceled so there still may be an outside chance.

I sent Matthew a message last night asking if he has any demo kits to send us. Will post an update here if I get a response.

BTW, I also sent a message to Latitude Outdoors to see if they will send anything our way.

Thanks. I hope they can help. Would really like to try one out before custom ordering one

The Hunting Public sent up an autographed THP hat and Tethrd Back Band to add to the list of door prize items.

I received a couple 6 hour range passes, a headlamp, a package of lighted nocks and a couple of hats for the door prize drawings from West Town Archery in Brookfield.

They are a full service shop for both compound and trad bows.

I’m striking out so far with TX5 and Latitude Outdoors. Anyone have any strings to pull there?

Got my bow setup at West Town Archery. Really like those guys. @ofor you are killing it yet again with the prep work and connections to make this an amazing event.

I got a response from Matthew at TX5 today and he said he would send something later this week. Not sure what “something” is but I’m happy with whatever he decides.

A buddy at work has also been busy on his 3D printer and is donating some MOLLE clips, tether holders and bow hangers.

Joel at Root River Archery in Racine tossed in 2 sets of GAS strings and cables including installation and paper tuning to the door prize list. He will throw in a third set if there are 30 or more attendees at the meetup.

Root River Archery is a CRUZR dealer in WI. He will have some CRUZ gear available for purchase at the meetup.

Uncle Lou from Stealth Outdoors is sending over some stealth strips to give away as door prizes. Thanks to Mark Dohring for securing this door prize for us.

One more addition to the door prize list for tonight. Mark Dohring secured a Latitude Method 2 from Latitude Outdoors for us to give away at the event.

@JCLINE84 has a custom Overwatch Outdoors Orion coming our way to try out. Word has it that this particular rig is coming with a sick new camo pattern. That’s all I have to say about that for now. You are going to have to come out to the meetup to see it for yourself.
