That is a big change, congratulations on turning it around. Hopefully you can find some time for the gym at some point.Promoted to team lead (read manager without the title) this year and my gym time tanked. I used to be able to go mid day, not anymore. So although I still exercise I am not actively in the gym. 2023 I was my fattest ever going into fall, at one point touching 230 at 5'8". Last I checked the other day I am riding right around 183. Hope to see sub 180 by fall. Mostly its diet and I really laid off beer, it made me feel like ass more often than not so the juice wasnt worth the squeeze. Most days I am probably 1500 calories roughly. At first, it felt like I was starving. Yesterday I was at a track meet with my son, watched a 7th grader run a 5 min mile!!! I ate 2 hot dogs at lunch and never ate again the rest of the day. This morning I had a small piece of some waffle the wife/son were making and then I never had much else until I just had two pieces of pizza for dinner. Point is, you can still eat damn near everything you want if you just pay attention to frequency and amount. Instead of eating a 12" sub, eat the 6" I promise after 10 mins youll be plenty full and not bogged down. You cant outwork eating like a mad man.
Stay true and congratulations again!!
