Way to go man, I know it sucks being sick. Listen to your body, it doesn’t lie and it knows when it needs rest.Did biceps and back yesterday with a 15 HIIT ride after. Today I may just do an easy low impact ride for 45 min. Trying to kick this sinus infection that's destroying my will to push through a hard workout.
