Well, I feel a bit hypocritical kicking this off but after a too long hiatus, I'm back on the exercise train for 2026. I stayed somewhat active over the past few weeks with the kids and dog, and am in the middle of a diy kitchen renovation, but none of those things are "real" exercise to me, so I'm officially starting over today, just for off the treadmill after a 30 min ~3 mile run to start the year off. Goal is to be active every day this year, may be walks or hikes or other things scattered throughout but mostly running, likely building back towards a marathon or a few shorter races to give me a reason to keep at it too.
