Anyone know of any meat packing places that sell the 2lb & 3lb cloth sausage stuffing bags? I usually get them from Butcher Supply Co. out of Nashville Tenn, but the website is gone and theres no voicemail set up on their phone. And on top of that, having a difficult time finding them on the web, for some reason.

You got an Italian deli near you?
Amazon?
These are 6-7# but a quick Google-Fu turned up this supplier:
Butcher supply

Not familiar with these... are you using them in place of casings, or as a piping bag to stuff your casings?

I use the cloth because I feel it takes the smoke better. I use them for summer sausage, bologna etc. I usually use both the synthetic casings & cloth. Makes 2 diff styles of product. Synthetics have more moisture while the cloth bags produce a dryer smokier texture.
