Can we start a list of what people are bringing? I was thinking something in a croc pot and a couple extension cords and maybe a strip for more cords

Roger that!
So far we got the following food coming:
Trail bologna
Venison chorizo dip
Baked beans
Bbq venison sliders
Marinated backstrap
Assorted snacks

Drinks:
Water
Pop/soda
Gatorade

Right now we are @ 30+ coming, from the responses it looks like a good variety of saddles and climbing methods. This should turn out well!!!!

Awesome. I’m probably going to have to call off work but oh well. I think it will be fun. I’m thinking chili or white chicken chili. I’ll also bring an extra bag target or two. I have a feeling our trucks will be funny all loaded up with everything known to man to hunt with.

There should be lots of outlets, and I'll be taking care of paper products. I'll also have baked beans and probably some sort of meat dish. Also lots of waters and beer for after. There are at least 2 bags and a foam target at the club, plus I'll be bringing my own, and possibly some 3d's if I can dig them out of the garage. I'm going to attempt to select some tree that I feel would be some good close ones to the pavilion and clear the brush from around the bottom to make things a little easier, but there are a ton of trees within a very short walking distance anyway. You can bring whatever method you want to climb. Some club members use screw in steps, so if you climb with gaffs or drill and bolts, it won't be a problem.

Also have some pretty good smoked cheese to go with that trail bologna if I don't eat it all first.

I am bringing deer sticks and something in a crockpot not exactly sure but I leaning toward venison meatballs for sandwiches and maybe some deer jerky.

What is the process for reserving a spot in the bunkhouse? If I'm solo I'll sleep in my roof top tent, but if my brother comes he'll need a bed or I'll have him bring a small tent. Not sure what food I will bring at this point but I will have some goodies to give away for sure. It will be late when I get there, but no need to leave the light on for me.

I live in Whitehall, just south of Pittsburgh and am familiar with the location since I fish the pond close to it (back of Pepsi) roadhouse when I worked at Hormann Flexon's new building at Starpointe Blvd a good part of 2018.

Dano, no problem, I'll be there Friday night into Saturday. Let me know and I'll grab a bunk for you. Anybody else that wants to use a bunk let me know so I have a rough idea of how many. I think there is about 10 or 13 bunks, I'll get an exact count next time I'm there. There is usually either one or no club members using it besides hunting season. So there should be room.

Well, been holding off responding until some other things fell into place. Sorry but not sorry to say but I'll be out of state during this time frame taking in a spring training game, doing some salt water fishing, & maybe killing a pig. Hope you guys have good weather, a good turn out & a good time.

Start time for the demo day???

I am going to try my best to be here for this. I’ll have a load of Trophyline gear with me that guys can try out! Maybe even bring some extra saddle gear I have for sale as well.

I’m from central PA and just came across this thread. I’ll have to check my schedule and see if I can make it work. I’m just getting into saddle hunting. Just order my H2 that should be here by then, but definitely interested in trying some other saddles and platforms.

Marking this for later. I would like to come if you don't mind an Ohio guy. Have to see if I can get away first before I can commit.
