I ordered a 3 step aider 4 weeks ago from BWMG-received it about a week later or so, & started playing with it. The spread between steps was 16". I'm learning how to use it with my Wild Edge steps, and couldn't figure out why I was having so much trouble going from the top step on the aider to the WE step.
I finally hung the aider in my basement, & mystery solved-the distance from the top step to the bottom side of the hook that I put on my WE step was 17 3/4". Now, that might not seem like much of a difference to you younger folks, but I'm 60 & have a healthy case of arthritis in both knees, so for me it's a problem!
I emailed BWMG yesterday evening, & got a response from Mike this afternoon. He apologized for the error, & told me he'd make another aider for me right away.
That's what I call "Customer Service!" If you're looking for gear, I recommend that you check Mike's website out!
