A new WE platform

So I made this platform this summer but I've waited to post until I was confident that it would hold up. After a couple dozen sits it shows no signs of fatigue or deformation in the platform or step. It's super simple just a 6" aluminum channel and industrial door hinge W/ grade 8 bolts. Weighs about 2 lbs. It's rock solid even when side loaded. And does not make a sound when shifting your feet.

Just trying to keep you on your toes!

I just cut the hinge enough to slip on to the step. The lip of the channel rests against the step.

It's just stock 6" aluminum channel. So the thickness varies depending where you are measuring from. It's about 3/16" in the web and 3/8" in the flanges
