AAE Trad Vanes

Great, I’m really pleased with them actually. They shoot just like my feather fletched arrows but seem quieter.
I've had the same experience with the ones I've shot. They seem way quieter than feathers. They are pretty soft, so they won't take too kindly to being shot by other arrows, but what fletching holds up to that? I have had no negative effect to arrow flight and I shoot off the shelf.

That’s the only real downfall I’ve experienced with them as well. Several times I’ve torn the vanes from other arrows but I can live with that.

Bring this back up! Anyone else tried them on a properly tuned arrow, off the shelf? I tried them once, to be honest, I didn’t give them a fair try. I want to try again on a hunting arrow.

These long, cold winters get expensive!

What size do you prefer with the 4 fletch? 3, 4, 5

Here’s how they turned out. They shoot/fly great out of the recurve. I will admit, I’m impressed!! I never would have thought a “plastic” vane would work this well. I’m still old school with my feathers, but these Trad Vanes are for Real!
