You guys think they would honor this over the phone (if they're even around to answer the phone because of the virus situation)?

I've been thinking about seeing if I could get a Kestrel with the fixed webbing bridge... I like my Flex a lot, but the pleat staying open while hiking in is kinda irritating.

Since I doubt they would be answering the phone over the weekend, you could order what you want & include some notes or follow with an email & your order #........ that way all good on the sale
 
I've tried them on the weekends and they are not there but you will have the option to leave them a message and from my experience they are pretty flexible as long as you call and leave the message with what you are wanting within the time period of the deal.
 
Everyone deserves a weekend. Shoot them an e-mail. That gives them time to respond with accurate information. They have been getting back to me in a timely manor. To be honest they have been great to deal with, glad I made the choice to get my first saddle from Aero Hunter. Mine has been on order for a couple weeks and do not expect if for a couple more.
 
Yeah, I placed the order with a comment and waited until today to give them a call. Debbie, as usual, was awesome and on it. Seems like it was no problem to do a webbing bridge.

(even if I couldn't get it, could always tie on my own. Just nicer to have it done at the factory sewn on)
 
Hey Practical not sure when you ordered yours but I ordered mine on March 7th and just got it today. I feel like a kid in a candy store!

expected shipping date is first of May. I am very excited, been using a climber. It is going to be a game changer on public and private land. I have three counties through out the season I like to hunt here in Michigan. Saddle hunting may open up more.
 
I was thinking the same thing. I am looking to not having to carry a climber thru overgrowth and trying to duck underneath low hanging obstacles. best of luck to you this coming season
