Made you look.
LOL

Have been waiting all season for release of the Yarak.
Sent Debbie a message last week on a Mesh version Flex.
Seeing the demand for the Yarak with no availability ,
Would Think they would have another winner.

I have the Kestrel and Kite both awesome saddles. I can't see how a pleat in the saddle can make that much difference.

I'd trade in my kite for a pleated one without thinking twice about it. To me that is what makes the Yarak so appealing.

I’m a leaner Only.
Not uncomfortable,
Would like a little more adjustability on lower part of saddle on legs.
I’m using Kite with leg adjusters fully opened at setup.

It does. I am not really sure how to explain it, but it's a significant comfort boost. It's not at all the pleat, they hyped that feature all wrong. The pleat as a feature in the sense that it toggles is totally pointless unless you mod it with elastic to close it. Even then, who cares? Why the need to ever close the pleat?

But that piece of webbing in the middle helps with weight distribution somehow. For whatever reason the Flex totally eliminates the effect of the saddle wanting to ride up for me. I too would buy a mesh version of it in a second and get rid of my Kite I am keeping for now as a backup. I used my Kite a few times this year just to compare to the Flex, and it couldn't hold a candle to it in comfort.

You might want to try girth hitching your bridge to your bridge loops. This way you can grab the loops at the top off the loop which will give you less pressure at the legs.

I’m using a fixed webbing bridge on my Kite with tri-glides On each side.
Theres No pressure on legs Now.

was there any response to your mesh flex request? i would also buy one of those.
I called back in October and asked if they would make a mesh version of the flex. I was told they couldn't do it. to me that would be the ultimate saddle.

What came first the Kestrel or the Kite? This was before mine time here and how long of a time between the 2 products.

I think the Flex came out in June so maybe next year they may offer a mesh style. Back to getting on a list again!

Couldn’t or Wouldn’t seems to be the question?
Both, and It wasn't my place to push the issue or ask why. To me, and this is just MY opinion, it's too close design wise to the Yarak to jeopardize a business relationship. Again, just MY opinion.

If I’m correct Aero Hunter makes the Yarak so there might be an agreement.
