What do you find is the best 5 or 6 step aider if you have fairly large feet and wear big rubber boots ? I bought a dometool 4 step and it’s almost impossible with my rubber boots on

I tried a 5 step aider from black diamond. Aider is great just not my cup of tee. Found it easier to use a knaider to climb with my WE steps and then use a figure 8 to belay down. Found that on the way down with the 5 step, I had issues getting my boot into the top step. Too much hassle and not something I wanted to mess with after a days hunt.
I tried a pre made one from black diamond and Metolius and couldn't get comfy, too much foot pinch. I've used hose on my aiders before and that wasn't bad. This year I made some rope aiders. This is how I will operate from now on. Flexible but don't pinch my foot, enough purchase area for me to park my boot. Relatively light.
