I’m thinking about giving these monsters a try!
only issue is how long to get them to Arkansas from Australia

Too blunt.
What's going on the tip? Is that a Tonto? Looks funky. Color me skeptical of these.
Yes Tanto tip! My total arrow weight would be 640 gr at 20% FOC. I was reading DR Ashby’s comment about tanto tips and it was positive about penetration

You misunderstood me. I love Tanto tips. But a Tanto needs to beveled on the same side as the main edge's bevel.
It looks like that bevel on the left tip is on the wrong side of the blade...which would make it a true Tanto.
Maybe its just the photo, but it doesn't look like a true Tanto to me.

I believe that the Tanto is beveled on both sides but the wing is only a single bevel

Every Tanto I've seen look like this. I think it may be that a wide, blunt head may not lend itself well to a Tanto style tip.
The bevel on the "flat side" has too much bevel on those. The bevel on your tip would be competing with the main bevel for rotation.
Single bevel heads should have all the bevel on one side.
