All day sits and pooping

Tried my first all day sit.... had to climb down to go crap.


How to avoid this? I'm thinking not eating past 5pm the day before and trying to crap before leaving.

Eating light the night before, no coffee in the morning, no breakfast in the morning and try to go before I leave the house if I feel anything brewing. Some days you just have to obey the call of nature.

Gotta watch what you eat the day before. I generally eat a light dinner and skip breakfast and coffee before pulling an all day sit.

I can't force poop. I have baby wipes in my pack. My feet were cold also so it was it that big of a deal. I'm typing this at a Tim Hortons... gonna head back in an hour

My body is a regular machine. Within 15 minutes of waking up, I'm typically dropping a hammer. Good for the day then, in the evening fire off another.

Wear a diaper.

Mostly know your metabolism (some guys are more regular than others, and it changes over time/with age), and tweak/adjust your routine accordingly.

Also it's known that you can't crap on a ROS without soiling yourself.

Every day we stray further from god...

Personally, I've never understood the taboo we have regarding bodily functions. Everybody poops. It's weird if ya don't.

Baby wipes are super effective at ass wiping.... more bang per square inch. I dont have room to waste in my pack....
