The last platform I had my buddy weld ended up solid, but heavy. I asked him to design/weld one out of aluminum this time to make one easier to carry around. The fab shop he works at doesn’t have square tubing so he said he would try to figure out something else for the legs. What he did was use 2 pieces of 1/4 thick flat bar stock on each side of the platform about 2 inches long. I assumed the legs would be too small but tested it anyway. I tried it ground level on a tree and after a minute or two of standing/jumping on it I looked at the legs and they already had started to bend. Is there anyway I can have him weld some other kind of legs on it, that aren’t square tubing? He can’t find any at his shop and the cost to have one piece shipped to me is too highCF01EB13-8A43-4D8F-BE77-C42B6ED5435E.jpegD0A8A48C-02C1-4C5B-91B2-4F9ACF895433.jpeg

2 or 3 of these should be plenty for a platform. If i remember right i use roughly 48'' when i make my platforms
