Anyone use the cheaper amazon style molle packs? I like all the loops to tie on extra gear, but are they worth the savings compared to a pack that costs 3/4/5x the price?

I have that exact pack just a different camo. Long story short I’m never getting a different backpack
What do you like about it? Currently I have a the $20 field line back pack. It's always loose feeling and flopping around. Packs effectively as a walmart sack. Plenty of room but no organization.

I'm on my 2nd season with a condor urban go pack and love it.. think its 70 on Amazon

I have several of these holds lots of stuff organized , its well built, I have one set up for coyote calling, one for deer hunting, and one for scouting, my wife and daughter each have one as well

Do the packs carry firmly? I'd like something close to a frame pack with out the frame weight. Like a heaviey cushion on the backside to help it keep its shape. I can locate everything in my pack while it's on my back. The impressions from binos, calls, antlers and such press right through the t-shirt thick material.

It’s pretty customizable. You can cinch up the pack real good. Easy to organize your gear. It’s small enough that it fits behind my profile so it’s nice for going through thick stuff. But big enough for cold weather hunts. Well built, rugged, quiet enough.... for the price you can’t beat it

I am also interested in one like you show from amazon. Does anyone know how noisy the material is? I imagine its bulletproof durable, but not exactly quiet. Thanks

I have several cheap hunting backpacks and a good one and the major difference is the waist belt. With the good one the waist belt is more substantial to easily to put the weight on my hips. The cheap ones have cheap waist straps. I looked at this one on Amazon and wimpy waist belt.

I have one of those and also a badlands pack. HUGE difference.
The cheaper one in general feels less durable. The straps and stitching are weaker.
The load bearing capability is diminished because the waist belt is not as large or well designed.
That being said, I use both. The badlands is used for longer hikes in when I’m carrying ton of gear. The other is used occasionally for shorter walks and does perfectly fine.

Is all about intended use and you’re expectations for your gear.

I have basically the same pack, I carry a 3L hydration bladder, range finder, grunt tube, kill kit, dog leash, puffy jacket and wool sweater, I will need a larger pack for winter once I decide on a platform to purchase.
