Would Amsteel work for a Beal jammy replacement or prussik type knot? What y’all think?

Have y’all seen the new Phantom bridge? Am I missing something? That looks like Amsteel on Amsteel?

I just watched a video where Greg said that they ran the bury the entire length of the bridge which made it much more stiff and able to be used with an Amsteel prussik. Not sure about using an Amsteel prussik on other types of rope. Looks pretty neat.

I don't think it makes it stiffer, I think it makes it more squishy by giving it a core. Essentially I think it only works in one direction (the right one), otherwise, it would sleeve the outer off the inner.
