I contacted @DanO regarding an item I'd purchased from him and had broken. Not only did he replace it, he sent me multiple replacement options and even a few extra cool little pieces of kit that made setting my tether up a LOT easier. Dan is a class act and talked me through the likely cause of the problem and you can't find better customer service ANYWHERE. Thanks @DanO for what you do for this community!
