Anyone else hunt on a cannabis farm?

If you filled out a 4473 Revision May of 2020, line 21-e. to purchase a firearm, yeah it is crystal clear. See attachment and be informed....

I already have a Concealed Carry permit in the hardest state to get a Concealed Carry permit. Also the AG of NYS would immediately sue the Fed Gov for denying the transfer. I've already talked to the NYS AG's office. State's rights vs. Federal rights

Im not saying I agree with any of it, they dont block the transfer. You either answer yes to the question and the transfer cannot happen from the gun shop or you say no. If you say no and have a med card they come after you for a Felony for lying on a 4473. A friend of mine is a Convicted Felon in CA because of a Medical card. Feds went after him hard. He also had a CCW in CA. Most states like that the AG's don't care for guns so they are usually not much help. Just an FYI to be careful that is all. ;) Hate seeing good people get in trouble over stuff like that.....

Also local farmer I know was one of the first people around here to be licensed to grow hemp. Said he watched deer eating it. Told him it would put a whole new meaning to Smoked Venison lol.

I live in the People's Republic of Maryland. Tough to get one here too

My ccp has expired during the height of the "virus" hysteria.....and honestly I don't plan on renewing. I carried before I had it, while I had it, and now after it's expired. U are gonna go to jail if u shoot somebody regardless if u got "permission" to carry a gun or not....

I didnt have to have one living in AZ. Now that I live in Arkansas they except me to pay for a ccp. I have carried for 6 years here and refuse to pay to do so.

yes, or at lease in La I gave up my CCW when my wife got her med card. Which made me ask the question, so I’m supposed to relinquish my weapons/permits every time I get a script or someone in my household gets a script for any schedule drugs? To which I got no answer

Hey there! I just stumbled upon this post, and those pictures are amazing! It's really cool to see how cannabis farming has evolved and how it's being regulated by the state. I've actually never hunted on a cannabis farm before, but it sounds like an interesting experience. I'm personally a big fan of CBD oil for anxiety and insomnia, and I'm always interested in learning more about it. I found an article recently that talks about a 200-year-old heirloom strain that's supposedly the best for relief. It's pretty fascinating stuff! Here's the link if you want to check it out: https://www.mindbodygreen.com/artic...his-200-year-old-heirloom-best-cbd-for-relief.

Yep, thats highly dependent on the state. Something to do with politics but we cant get in to that here...
Highly dependent... I see what you did there. Thankfully this thread was bumped to give your quick wit the attention it deserves lol.

Does your state allow concealed carry? They offer the medical card here in Florida but the way i read it is you'll lose your ccw rights. Not sure if this is 100% accurate i didn't fully research.
I asked about a script for CBD for spinal issues but had to give up my CCW for it...No Thanks..

Don't want a bunch of deranged cbd loonies running around with guns in their belt!

I gave it all up to carry too. Right before md legalized it to grow. Now ...what to do with all these LEDs and coco noir bags. I guess I could grow some heady maters indoors

According to these smarty pants eating raw cannabis leaves will not result in a high.

According to these guys eating raw cannibus has health benefits that humans would care about

And according to I love growing marijuana.com deer are very fond of the plants in the spring and summer and growers have a hard time keeping them out of it.
