Anyone every shoot and Oneida Eagle?

Thanks to a forum member I;ve got a tomkat on it's way. Real nice condition, extra parts, and decked out ready to go, cant wait!

I shot my buddies when they first came out. It was really smooth and quite for sure. He kept loosing parts off of it and ultimately sold it. We were pretty much kids then so take that for what its worth lol.

Your best bet for parts and refurbishing is to find guys big into bow fishing. The Oneida's are the top dog with bow fishermen and a lot of guys buy any and every part they can get their hands on so they can fix up the old ones easily.

I've been shooting an oneida since 2006... Oneidas get a bad rap for being loud but 99.9% of the time it's becuase of improper setup/tune. If you find that you need parts or help with the bow there is a FB group called " lever lovers " lots of good help and info.

Yes.... J.P. Morris bought Oneida from C.P. and they are still in production but don't make parts for or service older bows.

I love my Oneida Strike Eagle (‘89 if I remember correctly). Only draw back is the let off as it almost has none. It’s fun to shoot but a bit heavier and longer than my Bowtech assassin.
