I am curious to know how these are? What it may be worth? Etc. it’s not functioning atm as the chord is cut but I’m curious if would be worth trying to get back to operating properly.

That looks like a Singer 99K. I believe some other members have had some success with them, but had issues getting through more than two layers of webbing. If you are unable to rewire it, a bolt on replacement motor can be purchased for $15-25 on Amazon or eBay.

This link helps me understand what singer machines I'm looking at.
According to the serial number its a model 66.
Then I, youtube it.

Good call! I totally forgot you can determine the model by serial for some of those domestics.
 
66 is a good machine for diy stuff if you can get it working. And I’m sure you can cause they’re built like tanks. Buy a new motor for less than $30 and replace any parts it needs and it will outlast you
