Anyone know where to get Jeff Sturgis' deer movement calendar formula?

Been so focused on getting used to saddle hunting, just getting around to learning more about the other part of hunting: getting smarter about deer hunting. Jeff Sturgis has a lot of great YouTube videos about deer. Anyone know where to find his calendar for deer movement? Jeff claims most guys overhunt their spots and should only be there on certain days.
