My Vista 35 arrived today and it is well worth the wait. Put it together real quick just to put some through it and rough in center shot before dark. Ended up busting a nock at 20 with no peep in. It is smooth as glass and absolutely dead on the shot. As quick as my Bowtech CPXL and holds just as steady. The finish is better than any other bow I’ve handled and flawless. For anyone on the fence. I bought this bow and have never even seen one in person. I went Gunsmoke riser and Early Seezyn limbs. I had not seen this combo in any pics and it is epic. Those colors go together great. Oh and the hand written note from Tracie was a pleasant surprise.

@10essee how are you liking your Vista 35? I know this kind of old but I'm looking at bows and this thread is perfect. Athens just got a dealer in MI, so they're back in the running

I am in the market for a new bow for 2023 and I really want to shoot a Vista. Interested to see like @Horn said how you are liking this thing?

I’d highly recommend Athens if you are in the market. I have a Vista 33 that I picked up last year and was tempted to pick up a 31 after they released it.

Not only do they make great bows but they are excellent in the customer service department.

I had a bad experience here in NY with one of their dealers so I reached out via email about purchasing direct from them and mentioned the interaction with my local dealer.

I had an email response within hours asking for more info and after providing the info I got a call from Mrs. Klossner the following day. Super nice lady and very helpful. She put me in contact with another dealer a few minutes farther down the road and that guy was great.

If you value customer service with a great bow then Athens should be top of the list. It was obvious to me talking to Mrs. Klossner that they care about the products they produce as well as their customers.

I am still liking it. Took some shimming to get the final tune but it is solid. Holds great with good balance. Little in the heavy side mass weight wise rigged out but it’s also a 35” bow so it’s not going be featherweight anyway. Is making a tic over ibo at 283fps 66#@29.5” with 463gr arrow and setting in 85% letoff. Solid bow for sure

Thanks. I'm excited to try one, I called to confirm that they really are a dealer tonight and was told they're getting their first shipment tomorrow. I used to live less than 10 miles from there... it's about 125 now but worth it!

Good deal. I think you’ll enjoy it. If you have any tuning issues just call them up. The owner will answer and send you skim kits and talk you though whatever you need. I will say they favor a stiffer spine
